Should your location allow for a 2-story ADU, this one is a lot of fun. It packs a lot of great spaces into a small 500 square foot footprint. The second floor bedroom suite adds another 300 square feet. The 250 square foot cabana provides a serene spot to enjoy the evening breezes over the pool and spa, and was designed to house an outdoor kitchen and entertaining area. It could also have moveable walls to provide a separate sleeping area.

Originally designed for a large family on a 5-acre lot to provide for frequently visiting relatives, it has since been modified for other locaitons, once as a cozy 1100 square foot 2-bedroom single family home.
