One of our earliest ADU designs for a retired couple wanting to be closer to family, it fit all of their needs in an efficient yet stunning package. It has since become one of our most popular plans with customization.

It is based upon simple forms, simple to build, yet feels much more spacious and airy than the foorprint would suggest. Structural Insulated Panel (SIP) construction assures energy efficiency.
